I am an anti-diet dietitian with over 8 years experience in dietetics. I believe in empowering my clients to understand nutrition, the affect of food on your body, and how small habits can create lasting health.
I became interested in healthy eating after college, when too many late nights lead to depression and weight gain. I started to fuel my body for training for triathlons. This led me to go back to school to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
I moved to Colorado to begin my career and have experience in outpatient counseling, community outreach, food service management, and long term care clinical care.
