If I don't have insurance or nutrition services aren't covered, what is the cost of a session?

Short and Sweet Initial session (60 minutes): $120

Follow up sessions (30 minutes): $50

Two Months to Change with initial 60 min visit plus two 30 min follow up visits: $200

Big Impact with initial 60 minute visit plus four 30 min follow up visits: $275

A Year of Change with initial 60 minute plus eight 30 min follow up visits: $425

Payment due prior to start of visit.

What does a typical session look like?

Initial appointments involve a deep discussion into your health history, relationship with food, and food habits. From there I tailor the session to your goals including education, short term and long term goal setting. Follow up visits are where the real work happens to continue to reach your goals.

What are some of the group wellness services you offer?

Groups include employee lunch and learns, follow up small group nutrition sessions, and formal nutrition presentations.
